Moment
On 2 May 2016, Leicester clinched the Premier League title early — one of the greatest shocks in English football history (5000:1 odds at season start). Mahrez scored 17 Premier League goals and was named PFA Players' Player of the Year — the first African to win the Premier League's top individual award. Three years later, he scored the winning goal in the Africa Cup of Nations 2019 final in Cairo (Senegal 1–0).
